Pulmonary Sub-Acute Program

Through our aggressive involvement with respiratory-type patients, Silver Lake Specialized Care Center has developed a program for the care of pulmonary sub-acute residents.  Pulmonary rehabilitation reats patients with lung diseases, thowe with acute exacerbation or who have chronic respiratory problems.  Residents with tracheotomy, requireing aggressive suctioning, specialized equipment, nebulizers, CPAP, BiPAP and oxygen therapy are candidates for our program.

An individual patient program is developed under the direction of the Primary Care Physician in cooperation with the Board Certified Pulmonary Director and Interdisciplinary Team.

Silver Lake Specialized Care Center has a full-time Respiratory Therapy Director and Staff Respiratory Therapists on duty 24-hours.
