Welcome to Silver Lake Specialized
Care Center, where we provide excellent care in a warm,
caring atmosphere. Located in the lovely Brighton Heights area
of Staten Island, we are nestled among the pristine beauty of
Silver Lake Park. We are a 278 bed skilled nursing facility that
can accommodate resident needs from the most simple to the
most complex. Our resident rooms are comfortable, clean and
well maintained. Common areas are spacious, bright and tastefully appointed. The patio and garden area are particularly beautiful, and the patio is often the site of parties, and group activities.
We are easily accessible by public transportation. We offer courtesy van service to bring you to and from our facility.
