Bus: Castleton Av - Haven Esplanade

 

FROM BROOKLYN:

By car via the Verrazano Bridge:  Continue off the bridge onto the Staten Island Expressway to Exit 13, the Richmond Road/Clove Road/Hylan Boulevard exit (you are now on the service road along side the expressway).  Stay in the right lane until you see the signs for Wagner College and St. John’s University and bear right onto Clove Road. **Drive down three (3) traffic lights and make a right onto Victory Blvd.  Continue on Victory Blvd. four (4) traffic lights and make a left onto Forest Avenue.  Go in three (3) blocks and make a right onto Haven Esplanade.  The facility is located at the bottom of the hill.**

By Bus: - take the S53 from 95th St. and 4th Avenue from Brooklyn and make a transfer at Broadway and Castleton Avenue. Take the S46 bus going toward the S.I. Ferry and get off at Haven Esplanade and Castleton Avenue (right across the street from the facility).

From the Ferry:  - take the S46 bus and get off at Haven Esplanade and Castleton Avenue (right in front of the facility).

From the Ferry by Car: - Get off the ferry and bear left onto Bay Street.  Take Bay Street to Victory Blvd. and make a right.  Take Victory Blvd to Forest Avenue and make a right, go three (3) blocks and make a right onto Haven Esplanade.  The facility is located at the bottom of the hill.

From S.I. University Hospital (North): - make a right onto Seaview Avenue heading North toward Hylan Blvd.  Make a right turn onto Hylan Blvd.  Go several traffic lights and make a left onto Clove Road. Take Clove Road to Targee Street. Make a right turn onto Targee Street.  Go under the overpass for the expressway.  Make a left onto the service road.  Go 2 traffic lights and make a right on (the continuation of) Clove Road. Follow the above directions.**

From Richmond University Hospital: - head north on Bard Avenue toward N. St. Austins Place.  Take the first left onto N. St. Austins Place.  Take the second left onto Davis Avenue.  Take the second left onto Castleton Avenue for approximately one mile.  The facility is on the left.

FROM NEW JERSEY:

Using the Outerbridge Crossing: - Take the Outerbridge to the West Shore Expressway (440 N) to the Staten Island Expressway (278 E) to Exit 13 – the Richmond Road/Clove Road exit.  After the exit make a left at the light and go down four (4) traffic lights and make a right onto Victory Blvd.  Take Victory Blvd four (4) traffic lights.  At Forest Avenue make a left.  Go in three (3) blocks and make a right onto Haven Esplanade. The facility is located at the bottom of the hill.

Using the Goethals Bridge: - Take the Staten Island Expressway (278 E) to Exit 13 - the Richmond Road/Clove Road exit.  After the exit make a left at the light and go down four (4) traffic lights and make a right onto Victory Blvd.  Take Victory Blvd four (4) traffic lights.  At Forest Avenue make a left.  Go in three (3) blocks and make a right onto Haven Esplanade. The facility is located at the bottom of the hill.

Using the Bayonne Bridge: - Take the Martin Luther Expressway (440 S) to the Staten Island Expressway heading towards the Verrazano Narrows Bridge (278 E) to Exit 13 - the Richmond Road/Clove Road exit.  After the exit make a left at the light and go down four (4) traffic lights and make a right onto Victory Blvd.  Take Victory Blvd four (4) traffic lights. At Forest Avenue make a left. Go in three (3) blocks and make a right onto Haven Esplanade.  The facility is located at the bottom of the hill.
